Applications will be screened on a first come basis-
accepted
vendors will be notified of acceptance via e mail.

Exhibitor
Booth Information $65 (40 booths available)

Every Exhibitor will be fee will be donated to Breast Cancer
Research
Each booth
comes with 1 chair.
Each
Exhibitor is asked to donate 1 item for a silent auction valued at
$25.00 all proceeds from this will be donated to Breast Cancer
Research.
Vendors will be asked to set up starting at 7:30am the morning of
the event. Vendor exhibits will open at 10am.
Vendors will be along the main floor foyer/hallway space in the
hotel (This hall leads to the restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms,
lobby and is the main artery of the main floor.
Vendor Exhibits will be open from 10am -2pm. Vendors will be
asked to shut down (not take down) their booths at 2pm when the
Fashion Show begins. Sponsor Exhibits will remain active
in the foyer area until 4pm.
All vendor exhibits will be taken down starting at 4:10pm the
afternoon of the event. Early take down in NOT
permitted.
